1. General provisions

6. Do not track

7.3. Contact information may be used in mailings, for example: messages about news Services, promotions or special offers. User of the Service can always refuse to receive mailings using his contact information in a written message or in the corresponding section of his personal account.
7.4. Information about the User of the Service, including personal data, is used to ensure the implementation of civil law, tax and accounting relations, the fulfillment of contractual obligations to provide services, to identify the User Service, for the purpose of providing services, processing payments, sending information by mail, e-mail, conducting settlement operations, providing reporting, improving the quality of service provision.
7.5. The contact information of the User may be transferred to his counterparty for better communication between the Parties.
8. Conditions for providing access to the personal data of the Service User
8.1. FMP company does not transfer personal data of Users to third parties, except for the cases provided for in this Privacy Policy.
8.2. FMP company guarantees the protection of User information, including confidential information, against unauthorized access. Protection is ensured by the impossibility of leakage, destruction and blocking of information, violation of the integrity and mode of access to information.
8.3. Disclosure of personal data without the consent of the User or a person authorized by him is permitted in cases defined by law and only in the interests of national security, economic well-being and human rights, in particular, but not limited to justified requests of state bodies that have the right to submit applications and receive such data.
9. How to change/delete information
9.1. Users can change/delete personal information or opt out of mailing at any time by using their personal account settings. The operation of the Service for the provision of services to the User may be suspended from the moment of changing/deleting the information of the User.
9.2. Notification from the e-mail address of the User, specified during registration, about the deletion or other processing of personal data, sent to the e-mail address according to the FMP Company Details.
