1. General Information
This Privacy Policy describes how the FMP MetaLeadBRIDGE application (the "App"), developed by FMP ("we", "us"), interacts with user data when using Google API Services.
FMP MetaLeadBRIDGE is a Google Apps Script library that automates lead processing from Facebook Instant Forms and distributes them through channels: Webhook, Telegram, Email, and REST API. The App operates exclusively on the user's side — within their Google Spreadsheet and Google Apps Script environment.
Important: The App does not collect, store, or transmit to our servers any lead data, contact information, or any content from users' Google Spreadsheets.
2. Information We Collect
The only external request the App makes to FMP servers is for licensing (activation and periodic license verification). The following data is transmitted:
| Data | Purpose |
|---|---|
| User email | License owner identification |
| License key | License validity and status verification |
| Spreadsheet ID | Binding the license to a specific document |
| Product name | Determining the subscription plan |
This data is transmitted exclusively to the FMP license server and is used solely for license validation.
3. Information We Do NOT Collect
We do not have access to and do not collect:
- Content of users' Google Spreadsheets (lead data, contacts, phone numbers, lead email addresses, etc.)
- Data received from Facebook forms
- Messages sent via Webhook, Telegram, or Email
- Google account passwords
- Gmail content (emails, contacts)
- Google Drive files
- Credit card or payment information
All lead processing occurs locally within the user's Google Apps Script environment. Lead data is never transmitted to FMP servers.
4. Google OAuth Permissions and Justification
The App requests only the minimum necessary permissions:
| Permission (Scope) | Purpose |
|---|---|
spreadsheets.currentonly |
Reading and writing data in the user's current spreadsheet (lead processing, status updates) |
script.external_request |
HTTP requests to webhooks (user-configured), Telegram Bot API, FMP license server, and AI services (OpenAI/Gemini) |
script.send_mail |
Sending email notifications about new leads via Gmail (MailApp) |
script.container.ui |
Displaying settings menu and dialog windows in Google Sheets |
drive.file |
Access only to files created or opened by the App |
script.scriptapp |
Managing automatic processing triggers for new leads |
5. How We Use Data
The data described in Section 2 is used exclusively for:
- License activation — a one-time request when entering the license key
- Periodic license verification — an automatic request every 10 uses to confirm active status
All other App operations (lead processing, sending notifications, AI response generation) are performed locally within the user's Google Apps Script environment without involvement of FMP servers.
6. Third-Party Data Sharing
The App may send data from the user's Google Spreadsheet to third-party services exclusively based on user configuration and explicit consent. All such data is transmitted directly from the user's Google Apps Script environment and does not pass through FMP servers:
| Service | Data Shared | When |
|---|---|---|
| Webhook (user-specified URL) | Lead data in JSON format | When processing a new lead, if webhook is configured |
| Telegram Bot API | Text message with lead data | When processing a new lead, if Telegram is configured |
| Gmail (via MailApp) or SMTP server | Email notification with lead data | When processing a new lead, if email is configured. Users may connect their own SMTP server (Enterprise) |
| OpenAI API / Google Gemini API | Lead data for generating personalized responses | When processing a lead, if AI feature is enabled by the user (Enterprise) |
| FMP License Server | Email, license key, Spreadsheet ID | During license activation and verification |
We do not sell, rent, or transfer user data to advertising platforms, data brokers, or any other third parties for any purpose.
7. Limited Use Disclosure
FMP MetaLeadBRIDGE's use of information received from Google APIs is limited to providing and improving user-facing features of the App.
We do not:
- Transfer Google data to third parties for advertising, analytics, or resale
- Use Google data for targeted or personalized advertising
- Allow humans to read Google user data unless necessary for security purposes, to comply with applicable law, or with the user's explicit consent
- Use Google data to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes
- Transfer or sell Google data for serving ads, retargeting, or interest-based advertising
8. Data Storage
- Lead data is stored exclusively in the user's Google Spreadsheet, under the user's full control
- App configuration (channel settings, templates) is stored in Script Properties and Document Properties — locally, bound to the specific document
- License data (key, email, status) is stored in the document's Document Properties and on the FMP license server
- Email queue is temporarily stored in a hidden sheet within the user's spreadsheet and deleted after sending
FMP does not store copies of Google Spreadsheet content, lead data, or messages on its servers.
9. Data Security
- All HTTP requests are made over secure HTTPS protocol
- API keys and tokens are stored in Script/Document Properties, inaccessible to third parties
- Concurrency control (LockService) prevents duplicate processing
- REST API (Enterprise) is protected by a 64-character secret key and rate limiting (60 requests/minute)
- License server requests are secured with an API key via the X-API-Key header
10. User Rights
You have the right to:
- View all data — it is stored in your Google Spreadsheet under your control
- Delete any data directly from the spreadsheet
- Revoke access to the App through Google security settings
- Uninstall the App — remove the library from Google Apps Script, and all settings will be deleted
- Request deletion of your license data from our server — contact us via email
11. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for individuals under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us for its removal.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date on this page. If changes affect how Google data is used, we will notify users and request renewed consent before using data in a new way.
