1. Service Description

FMP MetaLeadBRIDGE is a Google Apps Script library that automates lead processing from Facebook Instant Forms and distributes them through the following channels:

• Webhook — HTTP POST requests to user-configured external URLs
• Telegram — notifications via Telegram Bot API
• Email — notifications via Gmail (MailApp) or external SMTP server
• REST API — HTTP endpoint for external systems (Enterprise plan)
• AI Integration — personalized response generation for each lead via OpenAI or Google Gemini (Enterprise plan)

The App operates exclusively within the user's Google Apps Script environment. Lead processing occurs locally — lead data is never transmitted to FMP servers.

2. Subscription Plans

The App is available in three plans:

• Base — Webhook + Telegram (personal mode)
• Pro — Base + Email notifications via Gmail (MailApp)
• Enterprise — Pro + REST API + Telegram (groups/channels) + SMTP server connection + AI integration (OpenAI / Gemini) + up to 100 emails/day

The functionality of each plan is determined by the corresponding license. Features not included in your plan are not accessible.

3. Licensing and Activation

3.1. A valid license key is required to use the App.

3.2. The license is bound to a specific Google Spreadsheet (Spreadsheet ID) and cannot be transferred to another document without re-activation.

3.3. During license activation and periodic verification, the following data is transmitted: user email, license key, Spreadsheet ID, and product name — exclusively to the FMP license server.

3.4. We reserve the right to deactivate a license in case of violation of these Terms or detected abuse.

4. User Rights and Obligations

You have the right to:

• Use the App according to your subscription plan
• Configure notification delivery channels (webhook, Telegram, email, SMTP, AI)
• Disable or remove the App at any time
• Contact support with questions and suggestions

You agree to:

• Not modify, decompile, or create derivative works from the App's code
• Not distribute your license key to third parties
• Not use the App for sending spam, fraud, or other illegal activities
• Ensure the legality of lead collection and processing, including compliance with GDPR and other data protection regulations
• Independently ensure the security of webhook URLs, Telegram bot tokens, AI API keys, and SMTP credentials
• Use your own API keys for OpenAI and/or Google Gemini integrations

5. Privacy and Data Protection

Data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy.

The App does not collect, store, or transmit to FMP servers any lead data, contact information, or Google Spreadsheet content. The only interaction with FMP servers is license verification.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of uninterrupted and error-free operation
• Warranties of fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties of compatibility with all Google Workspace configurations
• Warranties of availability or accuracy of third-party AI service responses (OpenAI, Gemini)

We make efforts to ensure stable operation of the App but are not responsible for failures caused by changes in Google API, Facebook API, third-party AI service APIs, or other external factors.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the App
• We are not liable for lost leads, missed notifications, or processing delays
• We are not liable for the content of responses generated by third-party AI services (OpenAI, Gemini)
• We are not liable for the operation of SMTP servers connected by the user
• Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the license in the preceding 12 months

8. Intellectual Property

• All rights to the App's code, design, and documentation belong to FMP
• The license to use the App does not transfer intellectual property rights to you
• You retain all rights to your data in Google Sheets

9. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Update, modify, or discontinue the App or individual features with or without notice
• Change subscription plans and pricing for new subscriptions
• Add new integrations and delivery channels
• Modify these Terms by updating the date on this page

10. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by:

• Removing the library from the Google Apps Script editor
• Deleting installed triggers
• Revoking access via Google security settings

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of Ukraine.
